Our kohaku's have been winning awards at competitive koi shows, regularly beating koi imported from around the world, since 2014!
From 2017, our customers have been exhibiting our koi and they've been continuing the trend and achieving great results; winning 3 of the major awards won with Byer Koi Farm koi in recent years. In 2020, customer Tony Thompson won the top award at a show with a fantastic 'Map of England' style kohaku from our Lava Rosa line - Read more about this amazing win.

Our koi have won well over 100 awards since 2015 alone, including 8 major champion awards! Here are a few of them:
The highlight, and a life goal achieved was the Baby Champion at the 2016 All England koi show; probably the most competitive koi show in the UK and known for it's particularly tough competition for kohaku's. Our size 2 kohaku beat the entire field of size 1 and 2 koi to achieve this award and that same year we scooped best in size 1 overall too! Our success was recognised internationally.
