National Weekend - Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th June
The BKKS National Koi Show weekend is one of the highlights of the UK koi calendar, and we'd like to wish everyone attending a successful and enjoyable event.
We've been involved with National Weekend in one form or another for much of the last decade, whether as guest speakers, panel contributors, or trade stand holders. It has always been a weekend we look forward to and one that generates a huge amount of enthusiasm throughout the hobby.
Although we won't have a trade stand at the National this year, we'd still like to mark the occasion here at Byer Koi Farm.
We're therefore pleased to announce our own National Weekend celebration at BKF, with a range of special offers available both in-store and online throughout the weekend.
Whether you're attending the National, following the results from home, or simply looking for an opportunity to add some new koi to your pond, we hope you'll join us.
National Weekend preparations are now underway. The Blue Vats haven't been filled just yet, but this photograph from a previous event shows the format we'll be using and gives a flavour of what's to come.

National Weekend Special Offers
For this event we've selected several groups of koi that would typically form part of our show-season offering and have applied special National Weekend pricing.
The offers will include:
BKF Bred 6–8" Mixed Koi
A colourful selection of healthy, home-bred koi covering a range of varieties.
BKF Bred & Japanese 8–12" Mixed Koi
Larger koi with plenty of growth potential and ideal for hobbyists looking to add quality fish to their ponds.
Japanese 15–18cm Mixed Koi
A varied selection of Japanese koi, including butterfly koi, offering excellent value and plenty of choice.
National Weekend Pricing
Pricing and offer details will be added later this week.
Available Online & In Store
One of the principles behind celebrating the National Weekend at BKF is that everyone should be able to take part.
The same offers will therefore be available whether you visit the farm in person or shop through our website.
This means customers from across the UK can participate, regardless of whether they are travelling to the National this year.
Why We're Doing This
National Weekend always generates excitement throughout the hobby and gives koi keepers an opportunity to meet fellow enthusiasts, see some outstanding koi and, of course, add new fish to their ponds.
Although we're not attending with a trade stand this year, we wanted to create our own way of celebrating the weekend and thanking our customers for their continued support.
